Provide personalized, white glove service to VIP guests from arrival to departure
Coordinate with all departments to fulfill bespoke requests and special preferences
Assist with in room dining, packing/unpacking, wardrobe care and personal errands
Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure consistent, tailored service
Protect guest privacy and uphold the highest standard of direction
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private estates, yacht service or VIP services
Excellent communication, etiquette and organizational skills
A poised, polished presence with attention to the finest details
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle senssitive situations with grace
Multilingual ability is a strong asset
